This is a goshuin book with the seed character "Taraku" of Kokuzo Bodhisattva, the guardian deity of the Year of the Ox and the Year of the Tiger, and the Sanskrit character of its mantra on the cover.
(Kokuzo is a paraphrased translation of the Sanskrit word Akashagarbha, a bodhisattva whose blessings and wisdom are as vast as the void. He is worshiped as a bodhisattva of wisdom in contrast to Jizo Bodhisattva of compassion.)
